Justin Schaefer

Justin Schaefer is a Vice President, Relationship Manager, for Bank of Southern California. Justin has been with Bank of Southern California for 6 years and aspires daily to be the go-to commercial banking resource for business owners in Southern California. Justin focuses on managing existing relationships and sourcing new relationships by providing a personal banking experience derived from responsiveness and customized solutions to meet every client’s needs. Prior to joining Bank of Southern California, Justin specialized in accounts receivable financing (or factoring) for oil and gas service companies. He then transitioned into a program director for a community bank to launch a new accounts receivable financing program focused on traditional commercial and industrial businesses. In total, Justin brings over 12 years of finance industry experience.

Since becoming the relationship manager for TKF in 2018, I have gotten to know Tasreen, Azim and the TKF story very well. The story of choosing forgiveness over anger is one that has always stuck with me, and I believe that every individual in the world can benefit from TKF’s restorative principles that TKF is working to teach daily.

As a native Oklahoman, Justin graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in management and a minor in finance. This is also where Justin met his amazing wife, Kelsey. Outside of work, Justin loves to travel, play golf, and watch sports. Justin and Kelsey look forward to welcoming their first child into the world in January 2024!
