Meagan Schmidt

Meagan Schmidt brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, operations, and development. With a background in specialized transportation,  government contracts, fee-for-service models, and a proven track record of raising millions of dollars with her development teams. Meagan is COO/Partner at The Social Impact Firm. Her expertise in managing government grants, forming public-private partnerships, and optimizing service delivery will be invaluable to the firm’s and its clients’ future growth.

Meagan’s previous roles include Director of Operations at Full Access & Coordinated Transportation, Inc., and consultant for various nonprofits such as La Jolla Institute for Immunology, Charitable Adult Rides and Services, and Tariq Khamisa Foundation. Her commitment to promoting equity, advocacy, and community engagement aligns perfectly with The Social Impact Firm’s mission. Meagan is a member of the Board of Directors of Travelers Aid Society of San Diego and Lovely Hearts, Inc. and on the Program Committee of North County Philanthropy Council. She was born and raised in San Diego, California, and enjoys travel, working out, podcasts, spicy food, and spending time with family and friends
