Nadia Farjood

Nadia Farjood is an attorney and an advocate working to achieve a more just and equitable world. She is currently a litigator at O’Melveny & Myers, where she represents public agency, education, automotive, technology, and healthcare clients in regulatory and compliance matters, high-stakes litigation, employment disputes, and civil and criminal investigations. Committed to equal justice and legal access, Nadia’s devotes significant time to pro bono matters, including civil rights litigation, eviction defense, and the representation of immigrants, including juveniles.

Nadia has worked on national, state, and local political campaigns, and led initiatives at a national nonprofit organization devoted to advancing the political representation of women and people of color in the United States. Last election cycle, she worked on President Joe Biden’s and Senator Mark Kelly’s Arizona Voter Protection Teams to protect millions of ballots.

Nadia’s experience clerking for U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and working with youth leadership programs has reinforced her commitment to criminal justice reform and restorative justice.  She supports TKF because she believes in its guiding lights of compassion and forgiveness, and in the power and potential of young people to create beautiful and lasting positive change.

You can find Nadia at neighborhood events in San Diego’s District 7 with her partner, Councilmember Raul Campillo, and their mini Schnauzer, Kiko. She’s often hiking with friends and family, enjoying nature and good company.
