Toni Masciola
Peace Education Mentor
Toni is a Peace Educator Mentor at the Tariq Khamisa Foundation. She will be working side by side with high school students at our very first continuation school. She aims to support those students who need extra guidance and show them that we can learn a new way and forge a path filled with healing, growth, and love.
Toni is currently at Palomar College working on her associates for transfer to a four-year institution. Ultimately she plans on obtaining her teaching credentials and working closely with students to support them on their educational journeys. She hopes to teach restorative practices to help them live a life filled with peace and love.
Toni supports TKF because she understands the immediate need for change. “The system we have in place is flawed, and it is time we learn a new one. We must bring empathy, respect, and peace to the classroom.” She is thrilled to work with TKF because their mission perfectly aligns with the values and principles that matter most.
Toni lives a life filled with art, adventure, and mindfulness. She loves long drives on open roads, breathing quietly by trees, and chasing sunsets. Her mission in life is to be filled with purpose, presence, and authenticity.
